We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted, except when correction is required because of an obvious pricing or technical error.

You represent that the payment and billing information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when it has been confirmed and approved for processing.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order because of:

Pricing or listing errors
Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
Payment authorization failure
Shipping restrictions
Incorrect or incomplete customer information
Quantity limitations
Other reasonable operational or legal concerns

If we cancel a paid order, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Products in the same order may be shipped separately and may arrive in different packages.

Additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer may be the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Cancellation is not guaranteed once processing or shipment has begun.

Do not send a return to the address printed on the original package unless QuickHeartCo specifically provides that address in the return instructions. Products may be fulfilled from different locations, and unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Some products may require assembly, installation, anchoring, treatment, maintenance, or protection from weather.

You are responsible for:
